01 Overview
A platform that brings service presentation, appointment booking and e-commerce together in one smooth system, so customers can browse, book and buy in one place.
02 The challenge
The studio offers beauty services, tattoo work and classes, and also sells products. Customers needed one elegant place to discover services, book appointments and shop, and the studio needed a simple way to manage all of it without juggling separate tools.
03 The solution
I designed and built a custom platform that combines a brand-led website, an appointment and reservation system and a complete online store. Behind the scenes, an admin dashboard manages products, categories, orders, reservations, reviews and site content, with SMS notifications for real-time updates.
